Youhu 采用本地优先、最小留痕、按功能联网的设计。这里讲清楚哪些内容保留在设备上，哪些能力会在你主动触发时联网。
Youhu is built around a local-first, minimal-retention, network-only-when-needed approach. This page explains what stays on your device and what only goes online when you explicitly trigger it.
1. 本地优先存储 1. Local-first storage
你的记录、星图、时光琥珀与暗房内容默认保存在当前设备。Youhu 支持密码保护的备份导出，但不会把这些内容当作长期可回看的云端聊天记录挂在服务器上。
Your records, star map, amber archive, and darkroom content stay on your device by default. Youhu supports password-protected exports, but this content is not kept on the server as a replayable long-term cloud chat log.
2. 应用内匿名准入与权益 2. Anonymous in-app access and entitlements
在应用内，Youhu 会保存最小化的匿名准入状态、安装标识与订阅权益，用于判断创世身份、邀请关系与 Premium 权限。使用这些应用内功能不要求真实姓名、手机号或邮箱；这与下方单独说明的官网 Founder 申请不同。
Inside the app, Youhu stores the minimum anonymous access state, install identifier, and subscription entitlements needed to determine founder status, invite relationships, and Premium access. These in-app features do not require a real name, phone number, or email; the separate website Founder application is described below.
3. AI 回信与即时处理 3. AI replies and immediate processing
当你主动请求 AI 回信、宇宙来信或分析能力时，相关文本会通过加密链路发送到服务器与模型提供方做即时处理。它不会被保留为长期可回看的云端聊天历史。
When you actively request an AI reply, a cosmos letter, or analysis features, relevant text is sent over an encrypted connection for immediate processing by the server and model providers. It is not retained as a replayable long-term cloud chat history.
4. Founder 申请 4. Founder applications
当你在官网提交 Founder 申请时，我们会收到你填写的 20 道问卷答案、昵称或代号、邮箱、可选的推荐邀请码，以及提交时选择的浏览语言。这些内容用于了解申请人与创世计划的匹配度、联系可能入选的申请人、发送后续说明，并识别明显的自动化滥用；它们不会自动成为你的应用内情绪记录。
When you submit a Founder application on the website, we receive your answers to the 20-question form, your alias or name, email address, optional referral code, and the browsing language selected at submission. We use this information to understand fit with the founder program, contact potential participants, send follow-up information, and identify obvious automated abuse. It does not automatically become part of your in-app emotional records.
申请内容会通过加密连接进入 Youhu 的邮件处理流程，并以邮件形式送达指定的 Youhu 支持邮箱。网站托管方或邮件服务商可能在传输和投递过程中处理这些信息。我们只计划在审阅申请、必要跟进和维护申请记录所需的范围与时间内保留相关内容；不再需要时会安排删除或去标识化，但实际处理时间可能受到邮件系统备份和合理运营需要的影响。
Application content enters Youhu's email workflow over an encrypted connection and is delivered as email to a designated Youhu support inbox. Website hosting or email service providers may process this information while transmitting and delivering it. We plan to retain it only for as long and as broadly as needed to review applications, follow up where appropriate, and maintain application records. When it is no longer needed, we will arrange deletion or de-identification, although timing may be affected by email-system backups and reasonable operational needs.

To ask about or request deletion of a submitted Founder application, contact support@youhu.space and include the email address that can identify the application. We will handle the request after we can reasonably confirm the connection to that application.
5. 设备控制权 5. Device control stays with you
你可以在应用内清空记录、导出加密备份、恢复备份，或切换语言与回信语言。Youhu 试图把实际控制权尽量留在你的设备和你的手里。
Inside the app you can clear records, export encrypted backups, restore backups, and switch both interface language and reply language. Youhu tries to keep practical control on your device and in your hands.
